Reporting
Managing buildings can be made simple. Our property management enables the creation of custom reports. Each month, week or even day (you choose) get an update on the status of your faults, the performance of your maintenance personnel, either emailed to you or through our app. Get notifications when tenancy agreements are about to expire and allow our uniquely trained AI to alert you if particular issues appear within one or all of your buildings that are not the norm.
Documents
We understand that managing buildings requires shared documents, with our system you can create and upload documents that can be shared through your building, such as SLAs, Fire regulations, or any other documents you require. Individual properties can also have documents attached for them, so tenants can view their contracts and even upload their own documents such as manuals for appliances.
Build a Community
We all want our residents to be happy and feel part of a bigger community. Our property management software allows residents or tenants to communicate with each other within shared community groups. Allowing like-minded people to enjoy their time in your buildings and to share ideas and passions around any subject that they like. This can be activated or deactivated per building.
Concierge Services
For buildings with a concierge service, users can access the concierge helpdesk through Tenants Hub property management service. So they can be informed when packages or guests arrive and provide instructions to the concierge with ease. This minimally invasive service is very popular with our partners.
Scheduling
Residents or tenants communicate through the app to track and manage their reoccurring maintenance jobs, or to arrange an appointment with maintenance personnel or contractors to fix an issue. Fire drills or events can also be added to the schedule. Contractors use the in-app calendar to schedule their maintenance tasks, while building manager can oversee individual contractors' schedules, to ensure their used most effectively.
Building Message Board
A virtual building noticeboard can be enabled on a per building basis. Allowing residents to communicate and share ideas, offer each other plants or furniture etc. Allowing building management to share scheduled maintenance tasks or building wide information.
